In this magical place, Egadistar, will make available for rental to the month of March a lovely ancient 18th century villa situated in the very heart of Erice . Extended over 2 levels. The ground floor consists of garages and storage rooms used by the owner that are not at the disposal of guests. First floor: Spacious living-room , studio with library , 3 double bedroom , 3 bathroom , dining-room, fully equipped kitchen (including washing-machine and dish-washer),outside terrace (where it is possible to eat) with a marvellous view,and exit through a staircase to the inner court yard.
The apartment can be rented as a whole. for a family group or couples. (up 10 persons)
or can be rented in autonomous and independent apartments .

Inoltre la dimora si caraterizza per un balcone – terrazza romanticisima interamente fruibile prospicente la piazza sostostante.
